Staging Proposal
We will tour the property inside out and with homeowners permission, take photos. We will fully discuss your options
and needs. Then we will set up an appointment to return with a proposal for Staging™ the property. Chico Home Staging will
handle aspects of staging as agreed upon by the owners. When you are satisfied, we
can then formalize the staging plan with an agreement and schedule a date for the staging. I usually need about 5-7 days' notice
so that I can plan, shop, and pull inventory, and so that you can accomplish the things you need to do prior to the
staging, such as removing extra furniture or having your property professionally cleaned (carpets, windows or yard
maintenance).
Staging Consultation
After the initial phone call, we meet and tour the property inside and out. With homeowners permission, we will
take photos, then set up the next appointment. We review the comprehensive plan together and homeowner
takes responsibility for work to be done. This service includes a follow-up appointment to insure the success of the stage.
Finishing touches and final recommendations will be made at this time. Your home will be
Staged™ and Ready to Sell!
Staging Walk-Through
After the initial phone call, we will meet and then for a flat fee I will tour the house. You or your Listing Agent
takes notes as we tour the house together and I explain what needs to be done. You will end up with a room-by-room Home
Staging™ report, which includes detailed recommendations of all the things you can do yourself to get the quickest sale and the
best possible price for your property. Homeowner takes responsibility for all work to be done.
Organizing
Do you have disorganization in your home office? Children's rooms? Just don't know where to begin?
Color Consultations
Do you need to repaint those dark green walls? Are your colors up-to-date with what todays' buyer has in mind? As an ASP Master, I have
been trained in which colors are the most widely appealing.
Personal Shopping
Do you need a new sofa, fresh bedding or towels in the new neutrals?

We can do as much or as little as you wish to prepare your house for the market so you can get top dollar for your property.
