VACANT PROPERTIES
We combine our design expertise along with the use of our custom furniture and props to help the house show better and feel more like a home to an incoming buyer. A vacant house feels empty and cold and does not show well in person or in photos. Staging your vacant property will add buyer interest while helping to understand how rooms are used.
FULL-SERVICE STAGING
After a complementary preview (touring the property inside and out and fully discussing your options and needs) we’ll put together a complete plan, and then we’ll come back and do it all for you. (1 full day).
Includes six weeks use of furniture, typically sofa, love seat, coffee table, end tables, lamps, faux plants, dining set, table top, beds and bedding, bathroom towels, occasional chairs, pillows, throws, artwork and other accessories.
The quality and style of decor will be appropriate for the price point of property. If needed longer than six weeks, prop usage will typically continue at a weekly rate. Includes initial delivery, installation and pick up of props. Your home will look like it's from a design magazine!
